- Kissed The Rain -

  A familiar cacophony,
  these twisted thoughts
  Silence and chaos
  Clenched fists,
                   terribly tense

  I am not frightened
  - autopilot emotions
  realize reality
  Nothing is constant

  The air is damp,
  weather changes
  I knows how everything
  can alter in seconds

    Heavenly tears
                 - redemptive
                I kissed the rain

A cleanse is a thousand drops...dirt can be a single speck on a just cleaned blouse -- life is never simple as books or forecasts of clear or inclement weather. Quite a profound write my friend. Well done.

I am one who appreciates the rain. I enjoy a good rain when I don't have to go out in it. After all we do need it. This is a nice one. God Bless, JB

Many things, first, I was happy to see you on one of my poems, so thrilled to know you've turned a corner of some kind - mental, physical, spiritual I give thanks prayers work, second, I felt your core in this, your raw truth from your journey is laced throughout. If I'm wrong, I don't mind, it is what I felt. And it is profound. I feel like we should be having a party at Soup for you. LOVE
