Kiss of Genuine Love
Wondrous beyond romantic ecstasy…
that was my Mom’s sweet savor of first kiss
sealed with warm caress of celestial bliss
oh, sublime love*, devoid of fallacy.
With such reigning joyous reminiscence
she kissed my Sis, ready for wedding vow
thanking the Lord for granting wise know-how
for home built by faithful kiss of trust sense.
Raised in family of kisses and hugs
amidst generous affection's gesture
I've learned to reach-out with kindness venture
as care giver who showers kiss, sans shrugs**.
