Kiss Me
Love me? Don’t touch,
unless you aren’t willing to let go;
Words can be so fickle and careless
they fly;
But your hands,
their scar always stays;
Melting only to freeze
as you come close to kiss me;
Stay at least a few inches away;
I just can’t handle you tonight;
Your fire bathed in candlelight
plays havoc with all of my senses;
Melting only to freeze
as you come close to kiss me;
Rethink your strategy move a little bit slower;
Scalding won’t feel like anything before;
The marks on your skin you’ll fancy more;
So don’t be so hasty,
Easy baby, crawl;
Melting only to freeze
as you come close to kiss me.
