Kings

In the red clay hills of Georgia KING was born and raised; He was taught to love the Lord and to follow His ways. As he laid down his life for the people...his friends, And marched through the streets, racial violence to end. KING marched straight up to the Capital Halls, Determined to get equality and justice for all. Regardless of religion, color, creed or race, Despite all of the opposition he had to face. He was whipped, beaten and thrown in jail; His mind was made up, he refused to fail. A goal was set; he was determined to reach, By living the life he sanged, prayed and preached. And for all of the people he had a dream; From the mountain tops you could hear him scream: "I want to live a life like JESUS my KING!!" In Bethlehem He was born and raised. He was taught to love the Lord and to follow His ways; Give God the honor, glory and praise. JESUS laid down His life for the people...His friends, For them He saw a glorious end. They marched Him straight up to the Judgement Halls. He was determined to get equality and justice for all. Despite all of the opposition He had to face, Regardless of religion, color, creed or race. He was whipped, beaten and thrown in jail, His mind was made up, He refused to fail. The goal was set and He was going to reach, By living the life He sanged, prayed and preached. When the mission was over and everything was past; The KINGS sang the same song: FREE AT LAST! Free at last, free at last, Thank God Almighty we are free at last !!
