Keys of a Locked Life
quarantine questions
washy world wilts on waiting
confusion chaos
keys of locked strife life
staying inside my soul drifts
swirls in such sadness
outlets are opaque
my soul slips as a balloon
reaching my sky mind
cloudiness covers
thoughts teasing as wild wind words
they escape with rain
poetry blooms buds
twisting through time and teeth thorns
flowers for freedom
as poems grow gold
my escape is expression
for my spirit sings
