Key Lime Pie

Key lime pie is not considered nutritious
The pie is greenish and sometimes tart,
Free in some restaurants, it’s so delicious
Be sure to try before the Keys you depart.

Try it with a dab of fresh whipped cream
Buy one to take home for a late-night treat,
Pry yourself away from the second stream
Guy, we’ll have another when again we meet.

Generally, it is free if you eat your meal in the restaurant, but not always. I gladly pay for it. Yes, as far as I know it's Florida where it is a real delicacy.

You can buy it while walking on Duval Street from many venues, frozen and dipped in chocolate! Fun poem and tribute to good old Key Lime Pie!!!
