Katrina
We were warned in advance, But
couldn't with stand the wind within
Katrina you came like a thief and the
night with increasingly high winds
To claim the soul of many
You left lost within the land many to take a stand
Your powerful winds and strong rain
reach a 1000 miles in land leaving behind a destructive path
To bring about poor, hunger, misery, and pain
With millions at hand for repairs
Still nothing to compare to the Experience within
You came with a plan, and left through out the land, your mark
Saying I was here see how I scored
Katrina a bad woman that said, you don't want no more of me.
