Critique can come in many potent forms
Through thought, word or deed - eventually
Possibly revealing sunshine through storms
Leaving hope to help cope, essentially
Connoisseurs of love may pray from the heart
For the chance to bring justice for a friend
Yet, who is to judge just what might outsmart
The one who simply intends to defend
Judge and jury might somehow be proved wrong
Time will always tell who is the best choice
In life’s song, there can be both weak and strong
Good, bad, happy and sad all have a voice
Judge not, lest ye be judged - honest and true
Still… all have a right they must live up to
