This man was so mean, he scared every child
Halloween was his big chance to go wild
  Kids rang his doorbell
  Screams issued from hell
And if a kid yelled ~ Why, he was all smiles

The kids planned their revenge on the meany, That would get him both rankled and steamy, They let in a boar, Through the back door, Laughing at meany screaming obscenely.

I love this! It is perfectly accurate of all Halloweens except maybe this one.

My hubby used to get the house all 'spooky' for Halloween - he actually had a mechanical spider one year!

Ha, ha! This limerick is based on a real fellow... We were too scared of him to try to play a trick on him back then... Maybe he was a predator or something for all we knew... At any rate, Happy Halloween! Smiles for miles, Gershon
