Just Stop

Just stop calling your voice is a chain around my throat. Just forget me erase me, let me disappear. Just stop putting effort in it’s not saving me, it’s smothering me. Just give up on me your hope is a weight I can’t carry. Just stop the alarm its scream claws at my skull. Just quit while you’re ahead can’t you see I’m drowning? Just stop playing games your hands on the board, your hands on me, your hands everywhere. Just stop affection it clings like a wet cloth to my skin. Just stop.
