Just Like Them Scrambled

Having been brought up in the country we had a dog, cats, and hut full of hens my job was collecting eggs each day not realizing these hens would be friends The first thing I tried to make would you believe was scrambled egg on my first few tries cooked a flop but practise helped to gain an extra leg Through the years I've enjoyed eggs whether fried, poached or an omelette but scrambled has always come out top my mum's version left me in her debt My favourite scrambled is nicely firm don't like them when soft and runny at early morn like an Americano with scrambled egg roll, I would affirm So that sums up my favourite egg these hens produce a great feed think of the effort they give to this three cheers deserved we all agreed! ( I was thinking the other night ' how do I like my eggs?' so this is the result of my thoughts upon this question.)

I am glad that you know how your like your eggs cooked and the way they are the best. I can't really say which way I like them best but it probably would be poached. I can eat them anyway except like when I was making western style the other day and used a pepper(longhorn) I thought was mild. Zow Wee!!!! It was hot..LOL..Thanks for your visit to my page. Sara

I love this write about your egg diet, my husband is exactly the same, if he could he would have eggs for every meal! Your feeding chickens reminds me of my mom and a story she told me but I think you have made me think of my next poem, thanks Gordon. Hugs and blessings, Jennifer

Scrambled eggs with a dash of pepper goes well with bread and butter. It is ideal for breakfast. By now I assume, you are an expert in all kinds of egg preparations. Scrambed eggs and bull's eye are the easiest to make. A very interesting read !

Scrambled eggs you can't beat Gordon, like you I like them firm and dry. Great with a fry up or on toast, a bit of salt too. Hope you're well and enjoying the week. Tom

Hip Hip Hooray! Buck Buck Buck-ah! Cluck Cluck Cluck-oo! For the hens!! I have to admit, since working with eggs, I've gone off them. But if I have egg however it's cooked, I too don't like them runny (Yuck!) Enjoyed this poem Gordon.
