Trevor Bauer right up there with the next tier on Mt. Rushmore: Bernie Madoff, What's His Name Epstein, Adrian Peterson, and now Trevor Bauer... Actually, the Vatican should start dedicating a mountain to their sex stars --- except Everest doesn't cover enough ground to hold all those priestly perverts. ~ gw

I don't understand why people with money and hang-ups can't afford a psychiatrist able to help them behave like a "normal" human being?

The law is an ass as we say over here. Money can get you out of any situation. Tom

Still true everywhere. Laws are to punish the poor.

Hello Rico ... Justice! It doesn't sound like it is to me. Some weirdos must pay the magistrates there too - thanks again Rico - Lindsay

It appears American judges are more afraid of being targeted by the wealthy (as Trump targets those who oppose him) . . ..

When I was a lad, conduct was ruled not by religion nor law, but by the fear of shaming one's mother. It appears neither the Judge nor Bauer had any concern for their mother's reputation in her community. Our laws are based upon the concept of, "a reasonable man"; what reasonable man would agree he consented to being beaten up and abused because he did not say, "NO!"?
