Just a Bore

So you have risen
So fairly quick
You want to heal us
As we are sick

But please now tell me
How I can learn
That I'm nothing
So I can earn

How can I forgive?
How can I learn only to give?
Nothing to ask
To be myself

Without a mask?
I cannot do it
All by myself
I'm too proud

I do confess
Maybe it's fear
It's fear from death
Fear from darkness

And solitude
Still I'm keeping
Attitude
But only sometimes

And not always
I have to learn
That love repays
I have to learn

That love exists
And strike through darkness
From my list
To battle jealousy

With both my fists
Halt all my anger
And clear the mist
Not be egoistic

But optimistic
And altruistic
So since you've risen
Out of the dead

Come please lie near me
Besides my bed
And walk with me
For all my life

Cut all my passions
You paid with life
I don't want to miss you
Not anymore

As I'm without you
Just a bore
