Jurassic Echo
Ancient dragonfly
Iridescent flash of light
Colour captivates
Transient guest of summertime
Once skimmed quiet highland lake.
Jurassic echo
Frozen in amber resin
Yet, still captivates
Simmering glow from the past
Beauty undisturbed by time.
