Thank you my friend for visiting my page. In fact, juneberries known by different names across North America, are sweet when ripe. They can be eaten fresh or in bakeries. This fruit, rather small in size, is wholesome, an excellent source of "iron, vitamins A and E and high levels of protein, magnesium, calcium, potassium, and antioxidants " according to a reliable source. ...
