July In the South

This July Caught my eye With some nice rain Not one hundred here I'm left somewhat afraid What does tomorrow hold, friend Will there be some variety Will the heat rise, tornadoes surprise "Fear not," God said, " I've got total control".

Valsa, We have gone from getting some rain to being mostly dry for about two weeks. We need a shower once more. Today will be hot but not as hot as it is in other parts of the USA. Thanks for your visit. They are so uplifting. Sara

Joyce, It has changed here because we have been under a heat advisory for two days now 105 and 107 with the humidity. It felt a little better this morning early but it is back up there with the humidity building as well. Maybe we will get some rain. Thanks for dropping by . Sara

Great write, Sara, well expressed. Being from the South as well. Even being in the mist of watering the yard feels good. I try to water the lawn and plants when the sun is down so the soil will hold the liquid longer.

Yes, here it is hot but I have seen the first week in July be over 100 degrees. It will be hotter here next week so they say but still in the nineties. Your visits are appreciated. Sara
