July By Day and Night

In
July,
Summer's peak,
Scorching the land,
Days stretch endlessly,
A symphony of heat,
Air hums with cicadas' song,
Nature's vibrant palette unfolds,
July paints the world in hues of gold,
Ignites hearts with inner awakening.

In
July,
Day's ablaze,
evenings serene,
In the moon's embrace,
It casts a gentle gleam,
Starry nights unfold their charms,
Whispering dreams in moonlit arms,
The Fireworks burst in a dazzling show,
Ignites our spirits with delightful show.

Beautiful description of July days and nights. Here it is the opposite ..... grey sky, cumulonimbus clouds, rain pouring down everyday.

Delightful Jay! You have wonderfully captured the beauty of a summer night to the song of the cicadas! Love the cicadas! Best wishes for the contest. Blessings!

Great piece, Jay. "Symphony of heat"...hmmm...must be a "tone poem"...especially with a chorus of cicadas to back it up.
