Early dawn I got the message. I knew - it was going to come. It really came. Fond childhood memories glided by …through my mind. After three hours, I am in the serene garden - he loved gardening. it’s still a sun-drenched morning, mellifluous birds are chirping, lush willow leaves are swaying in the breeze. Everything is the same. The day I am gone, same will happen, nothing will change, the world will not stop for a moment. But perhaps the world will stop for a moment in someone’s mind.        born brave,      truly kind…      stood for neediest     strong and bold in death a lighthouse beacon voice tranquil ocean refuge for me and many, life with compassion birds keep crooning songs,       breeze carries wistful music sun bright ruby-radiant      hydrangea  blossomed how can he be not here?

Malabika, Hearts made so fragile may break in pieces, though never turn to dust. 'But perhaps the world will stop for a moment in someone’s mind.' I know I must. -Richard

Mala, I am so sorry to hear of your brothers passing. You have penned such an emotional poem of grief for him. When my mother died, I recall thinking the same thing, that when my life was crumbling around me, life went on around me as usual "everything was the same" The line "voice tranquil ocean" this voice will always be in your heart forevermore, I will send prayers of healing up above for you and your family ~ love and serenity _Constance

Oh dear Mala... I know how much you miss your loved one now... the pain of separation of our relationship through blood, it's unbearable.... but your brother will be there with you ALWAYS... watching and guiding you from ABOVE... I sincerely pray from the bottom of my heart to God to give enough mental strength at such a tough sad moment of your life... I can feel the pain in your mind as you wrote this poem soon after you got the sad news... Loads of love, hugs, and prayers to you and your family dear friend.... ~ Ani
