Judgement

What if this world
Is the judgment
That we all must face after we die
The judgement to get to heaven
That those who believe will be set free
And those who do not will perish forever
Maybe that's why we live our whole lives as a question
Desperately searching for the answer
Questioning everything that is brought upon us

Great write, Raina, very deep and contemplative, yet tight and impactful. Seems like we're all externally fed the notion that what's to come - heaven etc. - is the ultimate bliss compared to this, but maybe this worldly bliss, however defined, is as good as it gets.
