Judaism and Christianity

The two religions
have some things in common
They differ about the Messiah issue
Christians think that Jesus was the Messiah
Jews deny this
Both religions all upon one to lead an upright life
Not so easy to do!
but we all must try
Try to avoid hatred and take
care of the ill and the hungry
Try to treat people well
Try to avoid hatred of others different than you
Try to bring out the love in our lives
Personally I like to get up and dance at services
Believe me - I want to dance
Dance before the one before who
All pretense is useless
I wish peace to all who read this

And peace to your my poetic brother. I wish the Christian religions would allow dance; as far as I know, it's only the denomination of Pentecostal that allows dance. I was raised in a catholic/baptist/christian environment. Because of the diverse individuals I've worked with, I think I've read almost every holy book out there. This was a beautiful sentiment you've penned and oh, so true. Your light is really glowing.
