Joys Strength

I wish to see smiles on your face.
They shall appear by Father’s grace.
As you travel down human miles,
on your face, I wish to see smiles.

May joy reside deep in your heart.
I pray God blesses all you start.
Dark and light both lifelong abide.
Deep in your heart may joy reside.

Stop life from fooling with joy’s strength.
It has an endless width and length.
Pain and joy are same class schooling.
With joy’s strength stop life from fooling.

I long for gleaming feels in you.
Always tell yourself what is true.
All hearts have emotions that store.
Gleaming feels in you, I long for.

This style of poetry is not easy, yet not only did you challenge it and produce a gem, but you sent out a feeling of absolute calm across our poetry soup site with your warm and kind words. Blessings to you and your lovely family. Hugs Jennifer.

This is such a heartwarming and encouraging piece. I love how it flows with sincerity and hope—like a gentle prayer wrapped in rhyme. Beautifully written and deeply comforting!

Dearest CayCay, your poem is a warm and comforting hug. I think I should have read this poem to the ghost that came in my dream. So uplifting. It's like a balm to an aching soul. Lovely writing, my dear friend. Love, Anne

A difficult form used beautifully by you in this poem, CayCay. This is my first visit to your poetry but will not be my last. I paid your poetry a visit because of your comment on Deb M's poem. Authenticity is one of my favorite words and goal in my life. I'll be following your poetry. A poet friend to be, in Texas, Bill
