Journey Home

Farewell for now is just a shy hello into another world. Hello like it is the very first time. Take each step as if it were your last. Breathe each breath. Don't live with regrets from your sorrowful past. I know that if I life my eyes to the sky, that the clouds will part, and I can quietly talk to the angels, forever shall they be with me until the end of time. I can walk down this lonely path, in solitude, guided by the voices of my friends. These enchanting beings, following me through life. They look at me dead on, straight in the eyes. Catching me when I stumble, falling with my faulting alibis. Let the light shine on me, as I walk anew into the dawn of fire and ice, give me the everlasting and tender hand of guidance, helping me to finally understand. So that I can complete this lifelong journey home... So that I can look back... just one more time.
