I know a little about him. At your final line you wrote "h" instead of "he"- just wanted to tell you, if you're mean to fix it. :) I might read some of him, because of your poem!

I loved your poem about John Donne...I love his Sonnet, "No man is an island." Anway, I wasn't aware he finished his life as a member of the clergy...interesting. Nicely done, Andrea. Hugs and prayers, Sara

Boy, he had his hands full with the job and home. I feel for him, and it must have been a really difficult life for his wife. My adoptive father had 10 siblings so eleven children about 18 months to 2 years apart. Thanks for sharing this short biography with us. Sara K
