Joe

C'mon Joe, what have you done?
                                  From the beginning, on day one.
                                  Executive orders you readily spun;
                       A nemesis to our constitution and the security of our nation.

                                  From the beginning, on day one;
                                 Your strings have all been tangled,
                       A nemesis to our constitution and the security of our nation;
                           Inflation and crime, all rising, at an all-time high.

                                 Your strings have all been tangled,
                           Masks, vaccines and lockdowns mandated;
                       A nemesis to our constitution and the security of our nation;
                                 Freedoms revoked, replaced with fear.

                           Masks, vaccines and lockdowns mandated;
                                   Divided our country, once united.
                                Freedoms revoked, replaced with fear
                             Feckless and reckless your performance,

                                 Divided our country, once united,
                    You have betrayed our trust from the office that you hold,
                             Feckless and reckless your performance,
                              A puppet for an agenda out of control.

Swetha Vangaveti February 23, 2022 at 3:27 AM Heard that things/decisions aren't favouring the citizens of the country these days. Dunno every detail about that but could sense some from your poem!! Rulers have forgotten to remember that they're elected to think of their people! Sad. Paulette Calasibetta February 23, 2022 at 8:41 AM Agreed, we were not totally united but I felt under Trump,whether or we liked him, (a President doesn't have to be our friend) or not, our country was in better shape when he was in office. Biden is a puppet for a grander agenda that has insidiously permeated our laws and is destroying our constitution and our rights as citizens. Thanks for stopping by. :)Paulette

Like I said to Andrea, Biden is a puppet for a grander agenda that has permeated our laws adversely. He is not protecting us~he is reaching for his own aggrandizement. :)Paulette
