I read that Sunflowers face the Sun & track its motion in the sky all day till it sets in the west in the evening. Heliotropism-they turn and follow the movement of the Sun. Flowers are messing with us! Wow- Keep gifting us, Maureen xx

It’s literally in their name in french, “tournesol”! Mine are facing the house next door, east, getting the reflected heat and light, while they are in a sunny spot, trees shade the rest of my yard. Joke with the neighbours that they’re facing the sunflowers I gave them. Cheers Lovely! xomo

Thank you! My silly flowers, they’re not even looking south but north and east! Have to laugh… and write a poem about it ;), xomo

Lololol sunflowers can be fickle. I grew a few this year; but nothing to brag about... Maybe I need to get a poem out of them... Hmmm
