Jewels in mason jars, jangle, jingle bracelets; jagged, uneven gems- Jaunty old style brooches, jazzy costume trinkets; jade, priceless? Maybe, just junk- odd bits and pieces. ____________________ March 3, 2017 Poetry/Pleiades/Verse/Jewelry Copyright Protected, ID 17- 881-662-0 All Rights Reserved. Written under Pseudonym. Oh how lovely! I used to spend hours in my grandmother's jewelry drawer. I wear her ring always, promissed to me when I was wee. Family outrage with her will changed and her money whisked away but not me, she gave me that ring when her knuckles got too big, meaning way more to me than money. Thank you for bringing me back to my memories xomo! (alas, I would have loved the whole drawer of costume jewelry too)

After my Grandma passed away, I was going through her attic and came upon many mason jars filled with odd bits and pieces of jewelry, some priceless to my heart, some just junk.... how much can one girl keep? . . . but I kept it all.
