Jesus My Brother

Jesus is my brother
        Jesus is my friend
        Jesus is my saviour
       He will be with me till the end

       Jesus walks beside me
       Everywhere I go
      He holds my hand and guides me
      He will never let me go

      Jesus gave his life for me
      He suffered on the cross
      Nailed up there in agony
      Our gain was Marys loss

      He loves me as a brother
      And I love him too
      But it wasn't just for me he came
      He also died for you

      I will walk the path he leads me
      I will try hard not to stray
      But if I do he'll gently take my hand
      And keep me in the way

       Yes Jesus is my brother
       My friend and saviour too
       As I walk that straight and narrow path
       I hope you are on it too
