Jesus Christ
The Author of life who wrote the script
From the beginning God created
In the beginning was the Word
Moses met him at the burning bush
A multitude of angels announced his birth
Any soul who is dying of thirst
He gives Living Water
The Bread of Life to anyone hungry
The Light of the World can never be smothered
Though many have tried and try
Lights a candle in death because
Jesus loved us from the beginning
