Jesus Came
Jesus Came
Jesus came to seek
Jesus came to save,
Jesus came to seek and save
Those lost in hopeless ways.
It was no easy work to do
All evil strong opposed Him
In all ways tempted just like us
No evil overcame Him.
On Calvary He died
Paid the price for all our sins
Rose again victorious
In triumph from the grave.
And now He gives to me the task
To seek and save the lost
Forgiveness free to share with all
My Jesus paid the cost!
