Jesus Calms the Storm
He walked into angry words
like piercing winds at every turn
Walked into raging rains questioned at every turn
Walked into indescribable darkness misery at every turn
Yet He met every turn with love and mercy
He said I am
They planned to kill him crucify him
He walked on wicked waves
That were ready to pull him under with every step
Yet with love and mercy
Jesus reached out his hand
To save Peter and us from drowning
