Jazz Fingers-Dedicated verse for Delores Matthews-
Verse 1
Oh, when the night gets low and the shadows swing,
I feel a rhythm rise in everything.
Snap your fingers, let 'em dance like breeze,
With jazz fingers tapping softy to tease.
Ivory play the keys for me, PIanO leaves
Chorus
Them Jazz fingers moveN right, let the music take flight,
We’ll groove in sync under neon lights bright.
The world fades away with a sweet serenade,
Let them horns N drum play
Just you and me where memories are made.
Verse 2
As tha saxophone whispers secrets of old,
The bass thumps deep with tales yet untold.
Cascading piano keys play love’s refrain,
This jazzy haven we’ll never feel pain.
Metal golden buttons push them for me
*(Chorus)*
Them Jazz fingers moveN right, let the music take flight,
We’ll groove in sync under neon lights bright.
The world fades away with a sweet serenade,
Let them horns N drum play
Just you and me where memories are made.
Bridge
Dimly room lit where spirits entwine,
Every snap tells a story; it’s simply divine.
Heartbeats up sync with each trumpet's rhymes roar—
Feel that pulse magic through every encore.
Verse 3
So lift your glass high for these moments sublime—
With laughter and song woven deep mastics time.
Let’s travel together down this vibrant lane—
To swingin’ reflections so passions remain.
Final Chorus
Jazz fingers tonight—we’re lost in their grace,
Each stroke paints delight on life’s canvas space.
Drummers beats up tempo, like a woodpecker
Under moons so mellow
We’ll laugh 'til it stings—
A celebration of beauty only jazz brings!
Outro
Yeah! Feel those jazz fingers gliding so free—
As long as there’s music… rhythms moves come share it with me!
