Jasmine

I know a girl named Jasmin And I want to tell her How sweet she has been These few years that I've admired her For the things she said That inspired her A moth too close to The flames at times Never foolish or vain Or full of lies I respect her for not Falling for my lines But even so we've had Our good and bad times At times I can tell I have a Piece of her heart I'll always be looking For that tiny spark But this in return I secretly give A place in my heart Where she will always live

Nice one.....how romantic and sweet...Hearts have many chambers....why not keep a place for her there. Thank for your visit...

this is a cute poem. And as for martinis. I doubt I would like the taste. What about wine?Would that do the trick?

I can feel there is quite a bit of emotion in this it strikes a note with human fallibilty and aspiration tinged with tegret..'
