Jarlsberg Cheese
It looks like swiss cheese, but it comes from Norway.
This is great to eat in cooking or as a snack any day.
The cheese has many holes, and is yellow in color.
It is easy to slice, and is semi-soft in texture.
Pleasing to the taste, it has a mildly sweet, nutlike flavor.
A warning to all those where it has never been tried:
Please don't eat the wax that is on the outside.
