January Mood

A foggy, foggy day in January town, Gripping its pray like tiger claws, Sullen, spreading its eerie fears To those behind wintered walls. Finally, through its misted barrier, Sunshine pierces her first nature’s needle. A splash of warmth finds an upturned cheek, And the world awakens with hope.
