I'Ve Yet To Tell Myself the Truth
I have yet to tell myself the truth
that there no longer is a me
happily
connected to a you
Cause I'm not sure I could handle it
or if I would survive
when I find
you called it quits
So I'll continue to live out the lie
with what is left
of the dreams I had
at the time that all was right
That is why when it comes to you
I have yet to tell myself the truth
that when it comes to me
there no longer is a you
