Notes About The Poem

Thanks, of course, to Brian Hyland for these unforgettable adjectives...

Itsy-Bitsy Mouse

itsy
bitsy
teeny
weeny
There once was an itsy-bitsy mouse
Who lived in a teeny-weeny house...

She had a teeny-weeny spouse
Who was an itsy-bitsy louse

Cute, but sharp lies the edge of the knife between the lines. LOL. Thanks, Line! :) gw

this is cute....not familiar with the form but guessing you use 4 words to build off of...kind of witty like a limerick!

Exactly right. You build off of four rhymed adjectives, although there can be two different rhymes. As for the limerick effect, that's a bit of a gw insignia, truth be told. Thanks for the feedback, Sandra. Much appreciated. Best wishes, gw
