It's Easy to be Negative

It's easy to be negative
in the world we see today.
I know sometimes it's difficult,
doesn't have to be that way.
The one to whom you answer
is the one who's reading this.
The answers that you're giving
should not be hit or miss
Must be honest with yourself;
it's the only way to be
Approach each thought you're thinking
with positivity.
Do I care for what I'm thinking?
Is there something I can do?
How can I make this better?
All answers must be yes to you.
If not, you must just move along,
at least accept what you have thought
If yes, take actions as you should,
from what you have been taught.
Look to others for advice,
that's what the smartest people do,
but make your own decisions,
when all is said and through.
Own up to your decisions.
Don't point your fingers all around.
If you have been truthful to yourself,
then happiness you've found.
