It's Christmas and I Think of You
It’s Christmas, and I think of you, my dear,
During this season of red, green,
And snow; a time to reflect and be of good cheer,
And praise God for the birth of Immanuel.
As Christians, let our hearts sing with delight,
And let us be as lights in worshipping Christ
So that others will believe that Jesus is God,
Whose mercy abounds, and receive the gift of life,
Forever faithful with joy in their hearts.
At the altar, wedding vows were exchanged:
“To have and to hold ‘til death do us part.”
I am blessed in union with your presence.
As Christ is my witness, I am sincere.
“Joyous Noel, love, and Happy New Year!”
