It wasn't me

It wasn't me. I swear, it was her. The words she screamed seemed very absurd. I couldn't understand, I don't think I could hear-- Though there I saw words in mind, crystal clear The rain pours down like a waterfall. The experienced walk, while new spirits crawl. The sun shines on, not through, the rain So all I saw were words of pain. A crash of lightning, that strange voice booms The dust is dancing to a silent tune And though the words she screamed seemed very absurd, It wasn't me. I swear, it was her.
