It Wasn'T His Fault
It wasn't his fault,
He wanted to quit, I could see it in his eyes.
He tried a couple of times but could not,
Escape the devil's grip and all his lies
It wasn't his fault, I swear
He was just a kid when they took him there
Yeah he was just a child in need of care
But they took advantage of him and left him there
Left him to suffer, left him to die
He didn't even get the chance to say goodbye.
It wasn't his fault and you know it
It's yours and don't you dare try to deny it
It was you, you did this, its all your fault
You killed him and all the other kids who bought what you sold
How could you be so cold?
It wasn't his fault I swear to God
He was just a pawn on this chess board
He was no longer in control
I looked into his eyes you and could no longer see his soul
He was long gone before he took his last breath
The rest was just a formality for his body to reunite with the earth
Today I'm numb to all the jokes and the funny memes
Cause yesterday we buried my brother with all his dreams
