It Sucks
Human nature greed
yearns and craves for more
smiting peace and bliss
contentment offers
while selfishness rules…
Feeding all wants
beyond needs’ grant
clamoring much
then heart covets*…
“I like that”
“Yours, I’ll get.”
Oh, such sucks!
Lord, please
forgive...
me.
