It Never Really Mattered
Even when I loved you,
And was so happy,
To be with you,
Through the good memories,
The flaws of our relationship,
The tears,
And the pain.
In the end,
Nothing mattered,
Because it was all my delusion,
That you ever loved me.
Every moment we had together,
Was nothing but lies.
My love never mattered to you,
My feelings for you,
All that I gave to you,
Was never enough to please you.
You never felt the same,
You never loved me.
So why should our relationship be memorable?
