It Made Me Smile

City in a fog
Morning’s bleary eyes open
Lone soul witness to
Sixth-floor birds eye view, coffee
Whirring – warm in this moment.

My fog filled mornings are spent driving past lakes in the country I find them beautiful.

This is lovely, Nancy- very atmospheric, with a sense of place. Reminds me of early starts in London when I was on business. London is bearable at dawn...Viv x
