A poll this week showed that only 36% of Democrats are proud to be Americans. The same poll in 2015 showed that 80% of Democrats were. The same poll showed that 92% of Republicans are proud to be Americans today, whereas 90% were in 2015...

It doesn’t feel alright at all over half the country is cast a pall of shame... that they’re Americans Some find them arrogant others think them an embarrassment Myself, I’m saddened by this new reality ~ Is it the end of the great American experiment

Hi Gershon; I feel your disappointment and pain. But American has a divine spirit, watching over it and all of humanity -- it will reconstitute itself like Firebird, once again to soar in Freedom's Light. As Yogi said, it ain't over till it's over. Lots to be proud of, if people open their eyes and get their heads out of their backsides. Blessings my friend.
