Is This Real
I watched you lie there,
so cold, and still,
how could this happen,
is this real.
They said your heart stopped,
no one knows why,
it just happened,
and then you died.
People are talking,
they seem to know,
maybe they are repeating,
what they have been told.
I will miss your friendship,
I will miss your voice,
I will miss you saying,
we all have a choice.
Farewell my friend,
your final journey is here,
how could we have known,
death was so near.
