Is It Sad

Have you ever seen a willow tree,
Hang its limbs down low?
Just to find the tree itself,
May be more, than it can show.
Have you ever stopped and wondered,
How the willow may actually feel?
If it's really sad,
Or maybe overwhelmed?
I'd like to think it's happy.
My perception may be wrong.
But when I stand on my head,
The frown turns to a smile.
Maybe life is more,
Than any of us can see.
Maybe, in reality,
We're all living a dream.
Maybe it's not that simple,
Or easy to understand.
How one can live a life of gold,
Just to end up, sad in the end.
I guess it can't be judged,
By possessions, or worldly things.
Maybe it's just the hope,
Of see better days.
So keep in mind when observing,
Others in your life.
The frown that they show you,
Could be a smile in the afterlife.

Hello Roger Harp, yes a frown upside down is a smile. Enjoy your day my friend.
