life 
 this passing through 
 strive, strain 
 to attain 
 standards arbitrary 
 success, succession 
 blinded to beauty 
 by beauty 
 miss the point 
 until the end. 
  
 perhaps 
 we are extras 
 in the dreams 
 of one, who waits 
 to be born.
