Invisible Bruise 1

cobalt jeers, sapphire leers oozing with color
how does a poet describe an internal bruise?
jay-bird jeers leave a speaker mentally out-of-focus
the litmus test of leers, the person who feels scared

tears tinged with turquoise kept hidden in public
pour from denim hearts, alone in bed at midnight
Flowing from fluorescent fears no drug can numb
leaving black and boo-hoo marks for months on end

The way you incorporated colors into this heart wrenching poem fills me with delight. Well versed!

Your "blues" beat rocks in fast moving, rhyming fashion!
