'intricate Steps'

one by one intricate steps were taken guarding against the frailty my bruised heart displayed-- teaching it to beat slowly unified with yours, now healed

The rod to recovery is filled with small steps, Wilma, as I'm sure you know from the important work you do. This is a message you should share with the women who come to you for help. A poem filled with hope! Merry Christmas, dear. Love, Carolyn

This is an interesting little poem, Wilma. I especially liked you last two lines, teaching oneself to be in unison with another by just slowing it down! I am really occupied with my mom here and grabbing a bit of free time here. Can't really do the blogs anymore. But I want to keep up on my good friends' poems! Luv ya, Andrea
