Intoxicated
Your expression fills me with warmth one can only receive from the sun.
The subtle quivering of your lips lets me know that I am that one.
Your eyes, like nectar guides direct me to our consummation.
The sweet fragrance of your skin is the cause of this intoxication.
Your petals are delicate and dance under moon light like nobody's watching.
The tides of your sea have risen and off the bows plank my heart is falling.
Your words float like a butterflies wings in the still of the night.
The realization that our soaring souls have become entangled,
And nothing can stop our flight.
You...
I know you, sensual goddess of my world.
But who am I?
Who am I to feel privileged enough to accept this beautiful creature?
When we walk hand in clammy, sweaty hand I am admiring every beautiful feature.
To transcend from my previous cold and dark labyrinth makes me feel so free.
It is your expression, your eyes, your petals and your words that amaze me.
It is the quivering of your lips, the fragrance of your skin, the tides of your sea and the realization...
That we were meant to be...
